Play with your kids(if you have them). If not, then play like a kid!! or rent a kid and play with them!! Become a big brother or big sister!
Yep, it is that simple. As I watch my kids play, run, jump, hang, etc it reminds of me of when I was a kid and everything seemed to call my name as a physical challenge. Jumping to touch the top of a door, hanging on everything I could hang on and swing my legs. jumping on beds, furniture, and what ever else we could find. Heck even a simple celebration for doing something cool, jumping up and down.
So as I watch my kids I used to think to myself…”why am I not playing like that?” Somewhere over the years someone told me that it was inappropriate to play on furniture, etc. When we go to playgrounds people standing around watching their kids play must think I am crazy when I am running, jumping, swinging, and working my core like crazy. I am telling you that you need to get back you youth. Reclaim it!!! Don’t fall pray to the old fogie stuff. You said you cannot play like a kids when you get old? Old boring fat people, that’s who.
Someone should invent play furniture that looks good for the home. Stuff that we can jump on, slide down, make diving catches where we make the winning touchdown! We’ve all been there in our imagination of playing. Yet still sit on it to eat popcorn and watch a movie.
My kids and I will play for at least a 1/2 hr every other day, wrestling, running, catching, what ever we can do that would irritate hot mama(lol). Not on purpose of course. We have old furniture so I don’t mind the recklessness.
If you are a parent and have kids, try this NOW!!! You will light up your childs face with delight and they will have an ear to ear smile. While you are playing with them take note of their laughter and your laughter! Then when you are all done and they are mad cause they are not done, then notice how good you feel with those fun endorphins filling your body & their body with love! Talk about filling buckets!
All of the workout material you need is right in front of you. Get creative and use it.

CORE is getting back your youth, go back to the beginning, dig inside your CORE philosophy and choose to live a youthful life.
Jenny has her FSR training groups really focus on CORE. Norman Vincent Peale, author of The Power of Positive Thinking, writes about getting back to your CORE beliefs in the bible. I have to tell you that it works no matter what your religious beliefs are.
Dr. Mark Hyman, writes all kinds of great information on how every BODY is different and how you can heal yourself. Loise Hay, She writes great info on how you can heal your body. Dr. D’Adamo, writes great information on how what you eat affects your body. If you want to run pain free, read Pose Tech Running! If you are at all interested in improving your health, start with these four authors and use the information to improve your health. Your gauge is to notice how you feel when you make lifestyle choices. Read them and use what you want to use…some is better than none.
