Saturday, July 14th. All in all a really good day for the neck, arm and hand/finger pain. The pain and tingling in my fingers is down to the very tips of the index and middle finger. Not a sharp pain, it is like a dull ache with tingling. It feels like the fingers a tight and sore from strenuous exercise or from using your hands all day.
In the morning I got my morning routine accomplished! Love my morning routine. I am really starting to dig the meditation as well. The breathing is so therapeutic. I took Ben in to see Dr. Bob and he is now doing the glute exercises and we talked Andrew & Jenny into doing them as well. It is fascinating how weak everyone’s hips/glutes are. It’s a family affair. I have the advantage as I have been doing them for 2 years now. But I still do them almost everyday!
Incorporating some neck/shoulder exercises has lengthened my routine, along with the meditation. I guess I will have to get up a little earlier from now on. What is amazing is that it really doesn’t take that long, it is all about starting and not procrastinating.
This week is a big week for me. It will be the two weeks since the injection and that is where the results will fully expose themselves. I am praying for a great week of recovery and I am visualizing a healthy neck. I have to as we are off to CO at the end of the month and I have some mountains to climb, some golf to play & play in the sand at the Great Sand Dunes National Park. Super excited for this trip. We also will get to spend some time at my Sisters new home in Delta.
Spending time in the mountains is our favorite thing to do and I am grateful that we are able to every summer. Hiking and traveling with Jenny is blessing and knowing that we can do this together forever has me excited for our future together. When the kids are gone we will need some hobbies we can do together to keep our relationship strong. I will be running again soon, so we will be able to do that as well.
Get your top ten done for the day!
To your health & abundance,
